You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
Our packages are collected twice a week. We ship with Serbian National Post and DHL Express.
After pick up, the shipping times are mostly:
• Europe (east): 3 — 6 business days
• Europe (central): 5 — 7 business days
• USA: 3 — 8 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 — 11 business days
These are estimated times of arrival. We can’t promise that packages are delivered within this time frame. Shipping companies try their best to do so, but delays can always occur due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
The exact cost and delivery time will be calculated when filling out your address information and placing your order.
For orders over RSD 30000 (~€250) delivery is free.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, contact us via the provided form within 14 days of delivery. Include a written description and images and/or videos of the issue. The product must be photographed as found. We will respond within 5 working days. If the complaint is justified, we will refund the order cost.

All prices are in dinars (RSD), including VAT. The total amount, including VAT, will be deducted during final payment.

Your funds will be refunded using the same method you you choose to pay for your order. In the case of returning goods, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
